How we measure
On time means at most 1 minute early and at most 3 minutes late. Every stop with realtime counts.
For Vienna we only have departures with realtime, so we cannot state a realtime share.
Each trip is estimated from the last 90 days; recent days count more. Few measurements are pulled toward the line's average for that hour, so a trip seen twice cannot claim to be “always late”.
Vienna: Wiener Linien open data (realtime monitor). We count the last estimate we saw before departure, at sampled stations, without extra requests.
Data sources: Vienna — City of Vienna, data.wien.gv.at (CC BY 4.0). Styria — open TRIAS interface (OGD). Analysis and estimates: ÖffiGo, not an official statistic.
